We assist in general legal advice on commercial and legal Oil & Gas matters, appointing and contracting with subcontractors and service providers, through vetting and local consultations, applying local knowledge and experience.

The final consumption of oil & gas products, either for home heating, fueling of cars at the pump, industrial powering, energy generation, etc. precede a series of complex operations, which in themselves precede complex negotiations and contracts. We are available to assist all the stakeholders, including traveling on their behalf, to meet with partners, resource holders, governments, service providers, sub-contractors, as the case may be, to conduct negotiations that would end in contracts that reflect the wishes of all the parties.
